What Do You Enjoy More, Solving Problems or Pushing the Discussion Forward?

The question is nuanced, and the answer depends on the situation. Sometimes the work requirement is to put out a fire. In these situations, you need to make a decision about whether there's room for a discussion about what could have been done better. I think there is a place and moment for anything, and in some cases I will enjoy solving the problem at hand, then step back, reflect, and start a discussion.

There are situations, especially in the thinking stage, where I find pleasure in going deep into the reasoning behind a particular action, its output and outcome, and especially the benefit versus the cost. I enjoy this stage, and in my participation in Sprint Designs I found that this process brings me a lot of joy.
