RevOps Strategist & Speaker

AI & Non-AI Automation & Digital Storytelling

I'm Ale Dimitriu. I work at the point where technology moves faster than people do: RevOps, automation, and AI on one side, the slower and more human parts of running a business on the other. I speak, train, and build the systems that let both sides work.

My Story

From spreadsheets to systems that scale.

Most of my work lives at one intersection: technology moves exponentially faster than people actually adapt to it. I started my career as a financial analyst and senior accountant, which means I learned early that every good marketing decision is, underneath, a business decision. That foundation in economics and accounting still shapes how I build: I care about the number as much as the narrative.

Since then I've worked across the full revenue stack: running email and analytics implementations for agency clients, building the martech backbone for a major streaming platform, and founding three ventures of my own along the way: Eden Baby, Asociatia Parinte InFloresti, and Bibo Box. Today, as Lead Marketing Operations at MongoDB, I act as the marketing architect for a global martech stack: CDPs, CRMs, data warehouses, and the AI systems now sitting on top of all of it.

RevOps isn't a back-office function. It's how a company keeps its systems honest while everything around it moves faster.

I speak and train on exactly that: how to make marketing and business systems talk to each other, and how to build teams that trust their own data. I've trained cohorts at MakeIT Academy, and today I work with small and medium businesses on AI transformation, helping teams that don't have a dedicated ops function figure out where AI actually saves them time, and where it just adds noise.

What Guides My Work

Technology moves fast. People don't.

Most of my work, and most of what I talk about, sits at that gap: helping people and companies use faster tools without losing their footing.

Intentional, not loud

I don't build for an audience. I build for results, then let the work speak. Minimalism and quiet aren't a personal brand, they're just how I prefer to live.

Balance over hype

Technology should buy you time, not take it. I use AI and automation to clear the repetitive work, so there's more room left for the parts of life that shouldn't be rushed: family, a slow dinner, a weekend in a new city.

Honest, even when it's uncomfortable

I talk about the things people usually skip: burnout, when a job stops making sense, the pressure to own a house by a certain age. Real experience is more useful than a polished version of it.

Human, on purpose

Hiring and work are increasingly filtered by algorithms. I help people stay legible as humans inside that system, and I try to do the same myself.
