Have More of Your Achievements Come as a Result of Solitary Effort or Teamwork?
Over the years, with experience, I can say that achievements are more and more a result of personal desire to learn, get the job done, or push the boundaries. However, there isn't any example where my achievements do not need to mention contributors to the success. Sometimes the credit goes to my line manager for steering my interest in a particular direction or challenging my approach, other times the credit goes to a helpful developer or a website writer who taught me the skill required to push the limits. I never had to be a lone wolf. I have always had the desire to work together with like-minded people who can help or challenge my ideas.
