My Values
I always thought you can't really understand other people if you haven't been in their shoes. Based on this belief I worked in sales, customer support, tourism, medical equipment, cleaning, accounting, production, and in the past 15 years in online and digital marketing.
I have worked with local businesses as well as international businesses. I've freelanced, worked as an internal analyst and as an agency consultant. Had my own business, and after this, worked under 4 levels of management. I adapt quickly, and I have strong soft skills that help me connect with the people behind any business and drive them to succeed in what they do.
That range of experience is where my values come from, not from a workshop or a slide deck. I try to be intentional rather than loud. I don't build for an audience, I build for results, and I let the work speak for itself.
I care more about balance than hype. Technology, automation, and AI should buy people time, not take it. I use them to clear the repetitive work so there's room left for the parts of life that shouldn't be rushed: family, a slow dinner, a weekend somewhere new.
I try to stay honest even when it's uncomfortable: about burnout, about when a job stops making sense, about the pressure to have everything figured out by a certain age. And I try to stay human on purpose, in a hiring market and a workplace that are increasingly filtered by algorithms.
