Describe the Best Team You Ever Worked With. What Made That Experience Stand Out?

I want to define the term team first, because a team can be shaped in multiple forms and dynamics. For me a team is a single entity that moves in one direction. A group of people who find room to agree to disagree, and enough mental space to justify the differences. For me a team is also the coffee in the morning, the shared photo of a pet, or the certainty that you're not “just” a colleague, but a person who has an impact on others' lives.

Of all the teams I've worked with, I take the most joy remembering my time at Littledata. The experience stood out because we managed to find common ground between us. People of various ages, backgrounds, nationalities, and experiences, and we moved as one towards a shared goal. We shared successes and failures with the same trust, and we trusted each other to put in our best effort. In my time at Littledata we managed to do, learn, test, and experience so much. It was also, professionally, the most challenging position with the most new information, and despite this, and the feeling for numerous months that I was failing, I managed to grow into what makes me who I am, as a human and as a professional, today.
